I just love how some people can be so thoughtful. A former boss of mine called me up to ask me about some stuff regarding finance and tax. It was a two-day meeting and since I am not attached to any company I willingly went to meet with him. He was so grateful for the consultation that he gave me pandora charms for my “services”. I told him that it’s nothing and I was happy to be of service to the one boss who was truly good to me but he waved it and told me that he really bought the charms just for me.
I was touched with what he said that I was like a daughter to him already. I love that! He’s actually like a father to me as well.
I told him that he can call me up whenever he needs my help again.
